Mountain Castles-Charcoal Drawing
This 8×10 charcoal drawing depicts the hike along a mountain ridge in Estes Park, CO. As I walked through the tundra area, I noticed large solitary rock formations jutting out from the tops of the mountains. They reminded me of little castles standing watch over their rocky kingdom.
I usually work with smoother paper, but decided to try out something with a bit more tooth to it.
The matboard featured around the drawing will fit perfectly within an 11×14 picture frame.
